스포츠 전공 대학생과 교수 간의 교환관계(LMX)가 미래 직업역량 강화에 미치는 영향 : 자기-상대방효과(APIM)적용
본 연구는 스포츠를 전공하는 대학생과 교수 간의 교환관계(LMX)를 통해 이루어지는 직업역량강화를 살펴보기 위해 2023년 7월 1일~11월 13일까지 상호의존모형(APIM)을 적용하여 연구를 진행하였다. 대상자는 162명(대학생 : 81명, 교수자 81명)을 모집단으로 선정하였고, 자료처리는 SPSS 21.0과 AMOS 18.0 프로그램을 이용하여 결과를 도출 하였으며, 연구결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 학생 교환관계가 직업역량강화에 미치는 영향 관계에서 자기효과는 긍정적인 영향을 미쳤으며, 상대방효과 또한 유의하게 나타나 교수의 교환관계가 높을수록 학생의 직업역량강화도 높아지는 것을 알 수 있다. 둘째, 교수 교환관계가 교수 직업역량강화에 미치는 영향 관계에서 자기효과는 유의한 영향을 미치며, 상대방 효과가 높을수록 교수의 직업역량강화도 높아지는 것을 알 수 있다. 그러므로 교수는 상호 간의 교환관계(LMX)에 중점을 두어야 할 것이며, 학생들의 직업역량강화를 위해 다양한 진로 프로그램 개발에 힘써야 할 것이다. 다시 말해 대학스포츠 전공 교수는 학생들과의 진로면담 및 진로역량을 강화시킬 수 있는 교수법을 개발해야 할 것이며, 졸업 후 진로를 선택해 야 할 학생들에게 다각적인 진로 방향에 대해 조언해 줄 수 있는 멘토(Mentor) 역활을 해야 한다고 판단한다.
Effects of Exchange Relationship (LMX) between College Students and Professors Majoring in Sports on Future Vocational Competency Enhancement : Application of Self-Party Effect (APIM)
This study applied the Interdependence Model (APIM) from July 1 to November 13, 2023, in order to examine the impact of the exchange relationship (LMX) between college students and professors majoring in sports on vocational competency enhancement. 162 subjects (college students: 81 and 81 instructors) were selected as the population, and the results of the study were derived using SPSS 21.0 and AMOS 18.0 programs. First, in the relationship between student exchange relationships on vocational competency enhancement, self-effects had a positive effect, and the other effect was also significant, indicating that the higher the exchange relationship between professors, the higher the student's vocational competency enhancement. Second, in the relationship between professors and exchange relationships, self-effects have a significant effect, and the higher the counterpart effect, the higher the professors' vocational competency enhancement. Therefore, professors should focus on mutual exchange relationships (LMX) and strive to develop various career programs to strengthen students' vocational competencies. In other words, professors majoring in university sports should develop teaching methods that can strengthen career interviews and career capabilities with students, and they should serve as mentors who can advise students who have to choose a career path after graduation on various career directions.
