해양레저관광 참여자의 경험적 가치가 전반적 만족도 및 재방문의도에 미치는 영향
본 연구의 목적은 해양레저관광 참여자의 경험적 가치(교육성, 서비스 우수성, 효용성, 유희성)가 전반적 만족도 및 재방문의도에 미치는 영향을 규명하는 것이다. 연구 대상은 P시에서 개최된 해양레저관광 행사인 환동해컵 국제요트 대회에 참가한 대회 참여자, 관람자, 부대행사 참여자(체험자) 199명을 대상으로 하였다. 도출된 연구 결과를 통한 주요 결론은 다음과 같다. 첫째, 해양레저관광 참여자의 경험적 가치의 하위요인 중 유희성과 효용성은 전반적인 만족도에 정(+)에 긍정적인 영향을 미쳤다. 둘째, 해양레저관광 참여자의 경험적 가치 하위요인 중 효용성과 서비스 우수성은 재방 문의도에 정(+)에 긍정적인 영향을 미쳤다. 마지막으로 해양레저관광 참여자의 전반적 만족도는 재방문의도에 정(+)에 긍정적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다.
The Effect of the Experiential Value of Participants in Marine Leisure Tourism on Overall Satisfaction and Revisit Intention
The purpose of this study is to investigate the effect of the experiential value (education, service excellence, utility, and enjoyment) of participants in marine leisure tourism on overall satisfaction and revisit intention. The subjects of this study were 199 participants, visitors, and participants (experienced) of the competition who participated in the Hwan Donghae Cup International Sailing Championships, a marine leisure tourism event held in P city. The main conclusions through the derived research results are as follows. First, among the sub-factors of the empirical value of marine leisure tourism participants, play and effectiveness had a positive (+) effect on overall satisfaction. Second, among the sub-factors of empirical value of marine leisure tourism participants, the effectiveness and service excellence had a positive (+) effect on the intention to revisit. Finally, it was found that the overall satisfaction of participants in marine leisure tourism had a positive (+) effect on the intention to revisit.
